After payment, you will receive a licensed game (login and password). Once the game is downloaded, you can freely launch and play it from your own personal profile. This is a shared profile. Access to the game is managed via "Screen Time" (parental controls); if these controls are not already set up on the profile, please contact us after your purchase—we will configure them for you and provide instructions on how to launch the game more easily.

Installing the game on your console:

• Go to the profile you purchased and select "Sign in."
• Select "Add new," then enter the login credentials (username and password) provided.
• If a code is requested, proceed to the next step and contact us.
• Under "Sign-in & security" settings, select "No barriers."
• Go to "My games & apps."
• Scroll to the right, locate the purchased game, and install it.
• Always play using your own personal profile.
• Do not delete the purchased profile. Enjoy the game!

PLEASE NOTE:

• You must not set this account as your "home" console (Home Xbox).
• You may not change the account credentials or share them with third parties.
• The email address associated with the account is not provided.
• A constant internet connection is required.
• This is a shared profile (you are purchasing the game and the ability to play it from your own personal profile; the profile itself is not being sold to you).

• Sign in to your main profile.
• Go to Settings > System > Time and set it to any time between 8:00 and 20:00.
• Go to Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > Restart.
• Sign in to your main profile. Go to Settings > System > Time and set it to any time between 3:00 and 7:00.
• Sign in to the purchased profile, then sign out of your main profile (you should see notification banners flash at the bottom of the screen).
• Sign back into the purchased profile, press the "Back" button, then sign into your main profile and launch the game.

This account is sold for shared access. If you are occasionally kicked out of the game while playing, please try launching it again later. Claims regarding such occurrences will not be accepted.

Refunds are not provided if a profile is banned; however, you may choose a different profile as a replacement. Refunds are not issued if you simply do not like the game or if you purchased the wrong item by mistake.
