❗Refund Policy:
- Refunds are not possible after a successful top-up. Even if you topped up someone else's account and the top-up was successful, we cannot refund the money.
- If you made a mistake and topped up a NON-CIS account, the top-up will not be processed. In this case, if you request a refund, a 20% fee will be charged.
