Tired of empty skies? X-Life is the solution: ground and air traffic (based on your airports' characteristics and the computer for smooth rendering). Each aircraft is controlled by an AI pilot. All aircraft are monitored by ATC.

Ground route-building algorithms avoid conflicts and are based on data from apt.dat script files. BASIC ATC:

ATIS and METAR information for departure and arrival airports (requires internet connection)

Landing clearance with departure, runway, SID, initial altitude, and SQACK information

Engine start and pushback clearance

Taxi clearance and taxi route to departure runway

Short takeoff clearance

Initial altitude and climb clearance at cruising level

TOD data request

Arrival information (runway, ILS approach, STAR, descent level)

Approach clearance

Tower with landing clearance/missed approach instructions

Runway clearance request

Taxi route to gate

FLIGHT PLAN PANEL:

Enter departure airport, arrival airport, alternate airport, cruising level, and call sign

Generate a flight plan using the button Generate

Or enter a flight plan manually (ICAO format)

Import a flight plan from a C0Rte/FMGS aircraft (if supported, e.g., JARDesign a320/330)

Import a flight plan from a text file with a flight plan line in ICAO format (you can use http://rfinder.asalink.net/free/)

Export an entered/generated/read flight plan directly to FMGS and an aircraft text file (if supported, e.g., JARDesign a320/330)

Send the flight plan to ATC for further work with ATC

If the generation function does not work correctly for some Departure/Arrival pairs, it is best to use the Routefinder website, prepare a text file with a flight plan line in ICAO format, and import it using the Plight Plan panel. And more:
