💡Instructions for topping up your Steam account:
- Enter your Steam username in the appropriate field. (Your username is what you use to log in to the Steam client, not your nickname or email address.)
- Enter the amount you want to top up your balance and click [Buy Now].
- Select a payment method.
- Pay for your order using your preferred payment method.
- After successful payment, you will be redirected to the order tracking page. Your balance will be credited automatically.
🔴We do not top up accounts of customers from new territories (DPR, LPR, Crimea, etc.). Do not try to bypass this restriction using special software - even if your order goes through, it may ultimately be blocked by Steam, and you will lose your funds.
🔴In the event of a successful payment using an incorrect login, the payment will not be refunded. This is also stated in the additional terms and conditions - SPECIFY YOUR LOGIN. We do not accept claims in such cases; the service has been rendered in full. Therefore, we recommend that you verify the information entered correctly before paying.
🔴If your account region differs from the one specified in the description, a refund is not possible. Please read the description carefully.
🔴If you have a new account that has never been topped up, we do not recommend topping up a large amount. Steam may change your region. Start with a small test payment.
🔴If you ignored the account requirements and still tried to send yourself funds, they will not arrive. Refunds are not possible because the payment system does not process refunds.
🔴The daily limit for topping up your Steam account using any method is $500. If the limit is exceeded, we are not responsible for the delivery of funds.
🔴Sometimes the amount credited to your account may vary slightly by +/- 2% due to exchange rate fluctuations. Please understand this.
Refund Policy:
✅If the balance is successfully credited to the specified login - Refunds are not possible.
⛔If you did not receive the item:
✅My fault - Full refund.
ㅤDue to your fault - Refund with 20% commission.
