Before buying, check eSIM support, an EID and that your phone is carrier-unlocked.
After payment is verified, open your secure order page for the QR code and installation details. An internet connection is needed to install the eSIM.
One purchase is intended for one eSIM. Make a separate purchase for another device.
Network availability and actual speeds depend on your plan, device, coverage and network load. A specific operator is not guaranteed.
Each Data plan option states its allowance, validity and speed restrictions.

United Arab Emirates.
Unlimited plans have the listed high-speed allowance; after that threshold the speed is reduced to the rate shown in the plan name.
REFUND POLICY
- If the eSIM has not yet been delivered and you cancel because you changed your mind, 80% of the amount paid for the product will be refunded; 20% will be retained.
- If we cannot deliver the product due to a fault on our side, 100% of the amount paid for the product will be refunded.
- Once the eSIM has been delivered and matches the description and the selected plan, a change-of-mind refund is not available.
Delivery means that the QR code and/or installation details for an eSIM matching the selected plan are available on your secure order page. A link to an empty order page alone does not count as delivery.
If delivery fails, the eSIM does not work, or the product does not match its description, contact us in the order chat. The restriction on refunds after correct delivery does not apply to these claims. Refunds are processed through the marketplace, subject to its rules and applicable mandatory requirements.
