This card can only be redeemed on an Apple ID set to the US region. If your account is set to a different region, you must first change the region to the US in your Apple ID settings.
Regarding region changes: when you change your account region, your current balance is reset to zero, and active subscriptions are cancelled. Therefore, we recommend spending any remaining funds and waiting for your current subscription periods to end before making the switch.
