Nutrition Tracker: Food Diary + 500-Product Database — Excel 2026

Product description

CALORIE AND MACRO TRACKING WITHOUT SUBSCRIPTIONS — A 500-PRODUCT DATABASE AND A JOURNAL

An Excel food tracker: pick a product from the database, set the grams — calories and macros are calculated automatically through VLOOKUP. The calorie target and macro split are adjustable.

EXAMPLE FROM THE SCREENSHOT (real calculation of the workbook):

• 500 products in the database — from an apple to a tiramisu
• A day of 12 meals: 1907 kcal, protein 161 / fat 70 / carbs 151 g
• The weight-loss norm: 1900 kcal — the remainder is visible at once

WHAT'S INSIDE (one xlsx, no macros):

• A 500-product database with calories and macros per 100 g, with a filter
• A journal: product + grams → kcal, proteins, fats, carbohydrates via VLOOKUP
• A goal: weight loss / maintenance / muscle gain — the norm recalculates
• A macro split: 30/30/40 converted into grams
• The calorie remainder and the day's status: on norm or overeating
• Meals grouped by date, totals per day
• The database can be extended with your own products — the formulas pick them up
