HOW THE PURCHASE WORKS

• Specify the appropriate package volume and complete the payment.
• Receive a personal activation link automatically.
• On the activation page, create a new API key or credit the purchase to an existing account.
• Configure the client according to the instructions in the dashboard.

When topping up an active account, the previously connected key is retained.

HOW TOKENS ARE USED

The package is counted in tokens of the GetAPI service, not in a fixed number of GPT responses.

The consumption is determined by the model’s rate, the size of the submitted context, the volume of generation, and the use of the cache.

Different rates are set for input and output.

💾 When a read hits the cache, Cache Read is charged at 10% of the price of a regular entry: the cached part is 90% cheaper.

Cache write is considered a regular entry.

Model costs and charges are available in the account.

The package does not have a fixed number of messages or duration.

WARRANTY AND SUPPORT

The warranty terms are valid as long as LESS THAN 5% of the purchased token package has been used.

Was the purchase unable to be activated or the API unable to be used due to a confirmed technical failure on our end?

Contact the seller via the correspondence in the order.

We will conduct an investigation and restore functionality.

If it is impossible to resolve the issue, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

After 5% of the package or more has been used, replacements and refunds under this guarantee are not available.

The threshold is calculated based on the tokens deducted, not on the number of messages.

You can still contact us with connection‑related questions even after the threshold has been reached.
