THREE CLOUDS — INDEPENDENT QUEUES

Yandex Disk and Mail Cloud: personal files, folders and supported public links.

Dropbox: personal files and shared-folder links through a connected account. For a standalone public file without a checksum, select it from that account.

Start with any supported cloud; each has its own queue and destination.

Dropbox app limit: 500 connected accounts. Expansion requires provider approval.

RETRIES AND RESUME

Failed downloads return to the queue. Partial data is retained for resume when the server supports it and the file is unchanged. Partial files get priority after restart. Identical local files are verified to avoid downloading again. Different versions are kept separately; partial data from different clouds is never mixed.

CONTROL THE QUEUE

Retry one file, prioritize a folder, skip folders temporarily, or stop after current transfers finish.

PROGRESS AND VERIFICATION

Track completed files, speed, percentages and remaining work. Set 1–32 download workers and 1–32 verification workers independently. Select sources and destinations, check free space, and open folders or reveal files from the list.

RESTARTS AND UPDATES

Optional autostart resumes active queues and preserves manual pauses. In-app updates preserve settings and queues. Required updates pause new downloads until installed.

IN-APP SUPPORT

Send a request and review replies in the app, with unread-reply notifications. Technical reports are sent only with your consent.

ℹ BEFORE BUYING

Windows 10/11 x64, or Linux x86-64 with glibc 2.35+, an X11/XWayland desktop session and Secret Service. Internet required. The app interface supports Russian and English. It follows your system language and can be switched in the app. Test the trial on your computer first; see the website for full requirements.

The trial lasts 5 continuous hours from first launch, including time while the app is closed. Reinstalling on the same PC does not reset it.

CloudRetry downloads a local copy and does not synchronize local deletions back to the cloud. Independent software, not a Yandex, Mail or Dropbox product. Speed and availability depend on the cloud and your connection. No recovery of deleted files or bypass of access restrictions.

• Install and launch CloudRetry. It opens its interface in your browser automatically.
• Choose any supported cloud, connect your account or a supported source, and select a destination folder on your computer. You can add other clouds later.
• Select files and folders and start downloading.
• After the trial, enter your purchased code in License. The queue and partial files are preserved.

If the app page does not open after restarting your PC, launch the CloudRetry shortcut. You do not need to find or enter a local address manually.

🔑 WHAT IS INCLUDED

One CloudRetry activation code for one computer. Cloud accounts, storage space and files are not included. To transfer the license, enter the same code on the new PC; access to the old PC is not required.
