Source code for a web application that cleans CSV/Excel data, finds duplicates and generates reports. Data Toolkit is intended for developers and IT specialists who want to run the application themselves or adapt it to their workflow.

Data processing:

  • CSV encoding and delimiter detection, header normalization.
  • Trimming whitespace and removing blank rows, empty columns and duplicate records.
  • Number and date processing while retaining text codes with leading zeros.
  • Column statistics, missing values, frequent values and duplicate groups.
  • Preview, filters, sorting, regex replacements, column combination and selection.
  • UTF-8 BOM CSV, XLSX and HTML report export. RU/EN interface.

Archive contents: complete application and static-file source, requirements.txt, README, LICENSE and .gitignore.

Stack: Python 3.11+, FastAPI, uvicorn, pandas, openpyxl and Jinja2. Install dependencies and start the application server to run it.

This is a source-code package rather than a hosted cloud service. Hosting, billing and a ready user-subscription system are not offered in the listing. Commercial use is allowed; resale of the source code is prohibited.

Additional information

Basic startup:

  • Install Python 3.11+ and extract the archive.
  • Install dependencies using pip install -r requirements.txt.
  • From the project folder, run uvicorn app.main:app --reload.
  • Open the local application address specified in the guide.

The --reload example is for local use and development; it does not constitute a configured public production server. Hosting and protection of a public deployment require separate work.

Before processing work files, test the rules on copies, especially conversions of dates, numbers and identifier codes. Do not upload confidential tables to someone else's server without authorization.
