Pipe layouts and templates for layout marking: bends, intersections, cones

Ready-made templates for marking pipes for cutting and welding. Print at a scale of 1:1, cut out, wrap around the pipe, and trace with a marker. Nothing needs to be calculated or constructed on-site: everything has already been calculated and drawn.

Segmented bends for pipes with Ø57, 76, 89, 108, 133, and 159 mm:

90° bends made from 3, 4, and 5 segments; 60° bends made from 3 segments; 45° bends made from 2 and 3 segments; 30° bends made from 2 segments;

bend radius is 1.5 times the pipe diameter;

the sheet includes markings for cut angles and lengths along the axis, as well as on the outer and inner sides.

T-junctions (pipe-to-pipe at 90°): 16 combinations, from 57 mm into 57 mm to 159 mm into 159 mm. For each combination, there is a template for the "saddle" piece and a template for the hole in the main pipe.

Cones and transitions: 14 layouts, from 76 mm to 57 mm to 300 mm to 100 mm, with radii and angles marked.

Each sheet includes a 100×100 mm control square for verifying print scale.

Dimensions are given based on the outer diameter of the pipe, without seam allowance. This is a digital product delivered immediately after payment.

How to use: print at 100% scale ('Actual Size'), check the control square with a ruler, cut out the template, and trace it onto the pipe.
