HOW THE PURCHASE PROCESS WORKS

• Select the balance amount and pay for the order.
• Receive a personal activation link and an API key.
• Activate the purchase: create a separate account or transfer the balance to an existing GetAPI account.
• Connect the application according to the instructions.

You can transfer a repeat top‑up to an existing GetAPI account.

HOW THE BALANCE IS DEDUCTED

The balance is credited in USD: for example, a nominal value of $100 adds exactly $100 to the GetAPI balance.

Requests are charged based on the actual use of the selected model, including input and output tokens and cache operations.

💾 When a Cache Read hits the cache, it is charged at 10% of the price of a regular entry: the cached part is 90% cheaper.

Cache creation is charged as a regular entry.

The balance is not equal to the official Anthropic balance, is not a subscription, and is consumed according to GetAPI rates. Model rates and each charge are available in the account.

WARRANTY AND SUPPORT

Warranty terms are valid as long as LESS THAN 5% of the purchased balance is used.

If activation does not work or the API is unavailable due to a confirmed technical issue on our side, please contact the seller via the order correspondence.

We will check the issue and restore access.

If it is impossible to resolve it, we will offer a replacement or a refund in accordance with the platform’s terms.

After using 5% of the balance or more, replacement and refund under this guarantee are not available.

Help with connecting is still available even after reaching this threshold.
