Instagram Autoposting via n8n: 5 workflows + Meta Graph API setup

Product description

INSTAGRAM AUTOPOSTING VIA THE OFFICIAL META GRAPH API — your content calendar lives in a Google Sheet: add rows, n8n publishes them. 5 ready workflows (68 nodes), reports and errors in Telegram. No coding needed.

WHAT IT DOES (5 workflows): 1) scheduled feed post from a sheet row (image + caption + hashtags), 2) story from an image, 3) carousel of 2-10 images, 4) reels with a double render check, 5) daily digest at 21:00 (published / pending / the 50-per-day limit). Every workflow has an On Error branch — failure reasons land in Telegram.

HONEST META REQUIREMENTS (read before buying): publishing works only into Business/Creator Instagram accounts linked to a Facebook Page (personal accounts are not supported by Meta's API). One-time 30-40 min Meta setup: SETUP-META.md covers every click - Facebook app, permissions, IG_USER_ID, a 60-day long-lived token and its one-request renewal. Media URLs must be public (jpg/png up to 8 MB, mp4 up to 100 MB). Rate limit: 50 posts per 24h per account - tracked in the digest.

INCLUDED: 5 JSON imports + SETUP-META.md + LOCAL_SETUP_GUIDE.md (n8n via Docker, Mac and Windows) + docker-compose.yml with the env vars + credentials template + sample-posts.csv (a ready example queue) + GUIDE.pdf with screenshots.

FOR: SMM and content planning, shops, bloggers on Business accounts, agencies.

FORMAT: ZIP, instant delivery. n8n is free and self-hosted - no subscriptions, no monthly fees. Updates: the platform pins the file at purchase time - for a new version, message the seller chat and we will send the current archive via a direct link.
