How it works

2️⃣ Paste it into the order form and enter the same amount in dollars.

3️⃣ Pay for the order.

4️⃣ On the delivery page check the amount and confirm the payment: the credits go to your Venice balance.

How to create the link

• Sign in at venice.ai.
• Click your name at the bottom left and choose Purchase Venice Credits. The Add credits window opens.
• Choose an amount: $10, $25, $50 or $100. For another amount click Enter a custom amount and type it, minimum $5. $1 = 100 credits.
• Check the payment method: it must be USDC or USDT, Ethereum wallet · via Coinbase. If another one is selected, click Change and choose this one.

⛔ Do not choose the first option, USDC · via Stripe: that link will not work.

• Leave the Auto top-up switch off.
• Click Continue to payment. The Coinbase page opens.
• Do not connect a wallet or pay there. Copy the link from the address bar, it must start like this: payments.coinbase.com/payment-sessions/paymentSession_
• Paste it into the order form.

Important

⚠️ The link amount must not exceed the order amount. If it is lower, the difference is not refunded.

⚠️ Only Coinbase links created in Venice are accepted. Links for other payment methods (Stripe, Bitcoin, card) are not.

⚠️ The link is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, create a new one and paste it on the delivery page.

⚠️ If you change your mind or enter a wrong amount, the refund is partial (−25%) and only while the link is unpaid.

⚠️ Once the link is paid, no refund is possible.

Additional information

Before paying, create the link in Venice with USDC or USDT · via Coinbase and paste it into the order form. The link amount must not exceed the order amount.
