🔑 How to create a payment link

1️⃣ Log in to your account and open openrouter.ai/settings/credits.

2️⃣ In the Buy Credits block, turn on «Use crypto».

3️⃣ In the Amount field, enter the same amount as in your order and click «Purchase».

4️⃣ Copy the link like https://payments.coinbase.com/payment-sessions/… from the address bar and paste it into the «Coinbase payment link» field.

💡 The Total due line shows the amount with OpenRouter's 5% fee — we pay it, you pay nothing extra.

💡 No link yet? Pay for the order first: you can paste the link on the order page too.

📌 Before you buy

🔸 No login, password or API key needed: you create the link yourself, and the credits go straight to your OpenRouter account.

🔸 Enter exactly the amount you paid for in the Amount field. A link for a larger amount will not be paid and the system will ask for a new one; a link for a smaller amount is paid as is, and the difference is not refunded.

🔸 One link — one order. A link that is already paid, cancelled or expired cannot be paid: create a new one.

🔸 A regular OpenRouter account works: its crypto fee is 5%. A business account has a higher fee, so its link will not be accepted.

🔸 If the link does not fit, you can send a new one on the order page: you have 3 attempts and 24 hours.

🔸 Account access, checks and restrictions are decided by OpenRouter: we cannot influence them.

🔸 Check the amount and the payment link before sending. If you made a mistake in the details and the top-up has not been made (the link did not fit and you did not send a new one, or you cancelled the order), we refund 80% of the payment. If the invoice from your link has already been paid, even an incorrect one, there is no refund.

🔸 Credited funds cannot be refunded or exchanged.

💬 If something goes wrong

Message us in the chat with the seller and include your order number: we will check the payment and help. If the order is not completed through our fault, we will refund the payment in full.

📦 How to get the top-up

1️⃣ After payment the marketplace redirects you to the order page. If it did not, click the link on the paid order page or open the link from the e-mail.

2️⃣ If there is no link or it does not fit, the order page shows a form with the reason above it. Create a new link and send it: you have 3 attempts and 24 hours.

3️⃣ Keep the page open: it updates by itself. When the order is marked as completed, your OpenRouter invoice is already paid.

4️⃣ The credits appear in the Credits section on openrouter.ai, usually within a few minutes.

💡 If you made a mistake in the details and the top-up has not been made, we refund 80% of the payment; if the invoice from your link has already been paid, even an incorrect one, there is no refund.

❗ If the credits have not arrived within an hour after the order is completed, message us in the chat with the seller and include your order number.
