⚡ Your top-up is processed automatically using the order details. Fulfilment time depends on the selected product.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Direct Steam wallet top-up using the account login.

Tenge top-ups are only available for Steam accounts in Kazakhstan.

Limit: up to 3 top-ups per Steam login per day, with a combined daily total of no more than USD 500 equivalent per login.

Steam may automatically change the account region during the first top-up. This applies only to accounts with no purchase history.

To keep your current region, before topping up:

• Add 2–3 free-to-play games to your Steam library, such as Dota 2, PUBG or CS2. Adding them is enough. You do not need to download them.
• Use your usual home internet connection with VPN and proxy disabled.

These steps do not apply to accounts that have already made purchases or received top-ups.

If the region has already changed, contact Steam Support. Steam allows a region change at most once every 90 days.
