DELIVERY

After payment, open the secure delivery link in your Plati order. The key is provided after payment verification and successful processing. The Plati confirmation code verifies payment and is not itself the Steam activation key.

Activate the key in Steam: Games → Activate a Product on Steam. Check your account region, game, platform and system requirements before paying. Contact the seller through your paid order if an issue occurs; never post your key or confirmation code publicly.

REFUND TERMS

• If the key is not delivered due to our fault, you receive a 100% refund. A key that does not work or does not match the description qualifies for a 100% refund once the issue is confirmed.
• If you made a purchasing mistake or changed your mind before the key was issued, and the order can still be cancelled, the refund is 80%; a 20% deduction applies to that cancellation.
• Once a working key has been issued, refunds for a change of mind or choosing the wrong game are not offered. Claims about defects or a mismatch with the description are still reviewed after delivery.
• Contact us through your order correspondence and attach the error text or a screenshot. These terms are subject to Plati's mandatory rules.
