WHAT YOU RECEIVE

One digital Nintendo eShop prepaid code for 100, 300 or 500 HKD. Choose the denomination in this listing before paying. The code is intended to add the selected HKD amount to the account balance. An account, game and Nintendo Switch Online subscription are not included. No physical card is shipped. The code is not intended for smartphone apps such as Super Mario Run.

DELIVERY AND REDEMPTION

• Confirm your Nintendo Account country is Hong Kong and your Nintendo eShop currency is HKD.
• Select 100, 300 or 500 HKD and pay for the order.
• Open the paid order and follow the code delivery link.
• On Nintendo Switch, open Nintendo eShop with the intended user. In account information, choose to add funds using a prepaid code, enter the delivered Nintendo code and follow the prompts. Check the amount and account before confirming. Internet is required. If the amount or product does not match the order, do not confirm redemption and contact the seller.

No Nintendo Account password or access is required by the seller. Keep the code private.

Additional information

Contact the seller in the conversation attached to your paid order and provide the order number. Do not share the code with other people.

If no code has been delivered, the original supplier order is checked first. Confirmed non-delivery or a faulty code is handled with a replacement or refund. A second supplier purchase is not started while the first result is unknown.

Report code issues promptly. Do not redeem a disputed code and retain the error message. Supplier terms require invalid or already-redeemed code claims within 24 hours; this does not limit statutory buyer rights.

Redeemed funds are tied to one Nintendo Account and cannot freely be split or transferred. Nintendo limits refunds, cash redemption and reissue except where required by law. This does not remove buyer rights if the supplied code has a problem.
